Vendor registration is essentially the same as registering as an attendee along with the purchase of at least one booth, and optional rental of additional booths, equipment, and services. Registration for vendors will formally open on-line on 30 August, 2018. To reserve booth space before then, or to have any related questions answered at any time, please contact Jerry Chapman at (503) 860-7890 or email him at jerryandjan@frontier.com. To complete the registration process you must click here and fill out the registration form (available 30 August, 2018).

Please read the "Vendor Rules and Guidelines" located here. It provides detailed information on what is expected of vendors and on what we and the hotel will provide as equipment or services to vendors. Be aware that hotel parking will only accommodate vehicles and trailers 7 feet tall or less.

Below is the current booth assignments and a diagram of the basic arrangement of the booths. The diagram has the south side of the area at the top. There are windows along all the sides except the west side. The west side has doors leading into the hotel parking garage. The north side has the main entrance to the vendor hall from the hotel.
