Signing up for updates and newsletters
By signing up for updates and newsletters on this web site, you are under no obligation to register to attend the convention or to purchase anything. Signing up merely provides us with an email address to which we can send convention news and update information. You may opt out of the emails at any time while still retaining access to this web site. The email and other information provided will only be used for these news and update announcements. The information will not be disseminated or distributed outside the 2019 NGRC staff.
You must register for the convention event in order to visit the convention layouts, attend the convention clinics and other events of the convention, and shop at the convention vendor hall (except for Saturday, when the vendor hall is open to all the public).
By registering for the convention, you are agreeing to pay for all the options you have indicated in the event registration form. Cancelation or modification of any of the options you have selected must be done via an email to the 2019 NGRC staff. Emails to the 2019 NGRC staff may be done via the "Contact Us" menu link above.
Be aware that no reservation is made for you until payment is received. Thus, if you elect to mail in a check, the event(s) you have registered for, especially those with limited capacity, may not be available to you.
Cancellations to convention and optional event attendance can be requested by contacting the Convention Registrar via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. A 10% cancellation fee will be applied to cancellations made prior to July 1, 2019. On and after July 1, 2019, cancellations will not be refunded unless approved by the Convention Steering Committee for special circumstances.
